This was a birthday gift for my husband. Initially there was a small miscommunication with the design, but Roman responded quickly and was able to make adjustments before shipping. The tracking was confusing, but shipped and arrived as expected and my husband absolutely loved the custom box to match the poker chips set I got him. 5 stars all the way!

What an amazing case! I’ve been looking for years for the right case and I’m so glad that I checked Etsy and found ChipUp. Every other case I’ve used that are mass produced just feels cheaply made (e.g. glued pieces, thin aluminum, etc.). Finally, a case that oozes quality. Roman was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process and even helped with converting a JPG (I borrowed a design from another buyer) to a vector graphic. My case even came with a small change to the design which I like: it uses magnets instead of a manual twist lock. The other unique thing about this case is that it’s offered in a 600 chip size which is not offered with many other manufacturers but what I needed. Thanks, Roman!

I am over the moon about this poker set! The quality is top notch and it came exactly as described. We created our own jpg image and Roman applied it to the wood exactly as we sent it!
