Custom Engraved Walnut Poker Case for 300 Chips

This was a birthday gift for my husband. Initially there was a small miscommunication with the design, but Roman responded quickly and was able to make adjustments before shipping. The tracking was confusing, but shipped and arrived as expected and my husband absolutely loved the custom box to match the poker chips set I got him. 5 stars all the way!

The case itself is beautiful! Just as pictured. Love the personalization and the shop is very responsive. We wish it used a latch system and not magnets to close, because the chips gets attracted to the magnet making it hard to close without manipulation. Case also opened up once and all of the chips fell out while we were carrying it, so we no longer feel safe to carry it “suitcase-style.” But we love it - just gotta handle with care.

What an amazing case! I’ve been looking for years for the right case and I’m so glad that I checked Etsy and found ChipUp. Every other case I’ve used that are mass produced just feels cheaply made (e.g. glued pieces, thin aluminum, etc.). Finally, a case that oozes quality. Roman was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process and even helped with converting a JPG (I borrowed a design from another buyer) to a vector graphic. My case even came with a small change to the design which I like: it uses magnets instead of a manual twist lock. The other unique thing about this case is that it’s offered in a 600 chip size which is not offered with many other manufacturers but what I needed. Thanks, Roman!
